New EC law - Ban on Imports of Sprouting Seeds and Beans from Egypt as of the 7th July 2011
7/8/2011| Investigations into outbreaks of E-coli 0104 in France and Germany have potentially identified sprouting seeds from Egypt as the source. As a result the European Commission have put in place emergency measures over imports of fenugreek seeds and certain seeds and beans from Egypt.
