LV Transport BV contract win

Lensveld Transport BV has secured a new project to provide logistic support on the development of the North European pipeline, built by the Gasunie in the Netherlands.
This pipeline will become the major hub in the distribution of gas connecting Russia, North West Europe and the United Kingdom.
The pipes will be manufactured in Germany and transported both by rail and road to a coating company in Maassluis, the Netherlands. The total tonnage will be over 80,000 tons, 140 miles of large diameter pipes. The job will start in the forth quarter of 2007 and will continue throughout 2009.
Lensveld Transport BV has a proven track record in similar projects and has a long-term relationship of 40 years with this pipe manufacturer.
