LV Shipping Ltd completes the acquisition of Trader Shipping Ltd

On the 1st of February 2011 LV Shipping Ltd completed the purchase of Trader Shipping Ltd by acquiring the entire share capital of the business.
With effect from that date, Trader Shipping Ltd became a wholly owned subsidiary of LV Shipping Ltd and will merge with our established Felixstowe operation.
All members of staff from Trader Shipping Ltd successfully transferred to join our team at LV House, Walton Avenue, Felixstowe IP11 3AL.
LV Shipping Felixstowe and Trader Shipping have a great deal of synergy across their respective range of services, resulting in this merger creating a major privately owned player in the port of Felixstowe and of undoubted benefit to the all concerned parties, all staff and all our valued clients alike.
